Worked across internal and external resources to communicate the software's purpose, needs, and delivery. The marketing launch happened on time and gained new social media awareness, with sales following up on leads generated by a website request form.
. . . . Managed and led product launch for a tech product service that hadn’t been about to be launched for over nine months. Set up a beta program, processed feedback from the beta, and developed/implemented the go-to-marketing plan. Oversaw critical people in sales/marketing, design, engineering, software development, SaaS services, operations, finance, and support groups and continued follow-up across key points for the launch. Created a go-to-marketing plan that was reviewed with others and gathered feedback to update so the plan was on target with the needs of customers, the company, and the marketplace environment. The first goal was to add this service to existing customers and then to use this new service to gain new customers. During the first month and ongoing, the response was great! The sales team would say in the daily sales stand-up meetings how much they appreciated the work to get this launched because it helped them close deals to meet their sales quotas.
